 Nanette Boden, Ph.D. President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Since helping found Myricom in 1994, Dr. Boden has been involved in nearly every aspect of Myricom's operations. She was named Executive Vice President in 1999, CFO in 2001, and CEO in 2010. She has been a member of Myricom's Board of Directors since 2001. Nan received her M.B.A. degree from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management, her Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and her B.S. degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Alabama.
 Jakov Seizovic, Ph.D. (CTO)
Jakov Seizovic is a founder of Myricom in 1994 and was named CTO in 2005. Dr. Seizovic has been the driving force behind Myricom's highly successful transformation from High Performance Computing (HPC) to developing Extreme Performance Ethernet-based solutions and products. Prior to becoming CTO, Dr. Seizovic led the development of Myricom's VLSI projects. Jakov earned his Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Computer Science from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Belgrade.
 Rick Patton (CFO)
Rick Patton was hired in 2004 as Sr. Financial Analyst, was promoted to Controller in 2007, and was named CFO in 2010. Mr. Patton has more than twenty years of experience as a controller in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, technology and financial services. Rick's experience and operations-oriented focus have been catalysts for driving process improvements within Myricom. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from California State University Dominguez Hills.
 Mike McPherson (VP, Worldwide Sales)
Mr. McPherson joined Myricom in 2011, bringing over 30 years of distinguished experience in the computer and computer networking business with Alteon WebSystems, Nortel Networks, Neterion, PathScale, SilverStorm, and others, specializing in OEM, channel, government and major account sales, sales management, and business development. Mike earned his B.S. in Business Administration from California State University, San Diego.
